It was on a dreary night of November that I beheld the accomplishment of my toils. With an anxiety that almost amounted to agony, I collected the instruments of life around me, that I might infuse a spark of being into the lifeless thing that lay at my feet. How can I describe my emotions at this catastrophe, or how delineate the wretch whom with such infinite pains and care I had endeavoured to form? His limbs were in proportion, and I had selected his features as beautiful. Beautiful!--Great God! Popular Flesh Golem Recipes
- Kraken + Anything
Strong, Hidden Nationality Unit. Once a Kraken is grafted into a Flesh Golem, it no longer counts against the per-caster limit, potentially allowing for an endless supply of high strength, hidden nationality units. (Guardian Vines and Griffons can also be summoned and grafted for free units.)
- Religion/Civic-dependent Unit + Anything
A Flesh Golem grafted from religion or civic-dependent units (i.e. Hemah or Royal Guard) will not leave when you change religion or civics.
- Cultist + Archmage
Can use spells from all 3 branches/levels of magic.
- Ashen Veil Inquisitor + Mage
Similar to the above, but slightly stronger and has the Command promotion. In exchange, can only reach level 3 in Fire, Entropy, and Death magic.
- Druid + Any Spellcaster
Similar to the above two, but does not require the Ashen Veil. The more spells accesible by the other spellcaster, the better.
