Geweihter des Laubes (Civ4 FFH)
The Disciple of Leaves can be sacrificed to add either some culture to a city (20 culture * the game speed's great work percent). Note that all plots of this city that are within both the city's culture level and would be potentially worked by a sprawling city is set to a cultural value of (the cultural level of this city - the culture distance of this plot) * 20 + 1 + the city commerce rate. Note that this unit never expires.
The Disciple of Leaves substitutes for a missionary (from vanilla Civ IV) of the Fellowship of Leaves. Like missionaries, it can be sacrificed to spread its religion. Unlike missionaries, Disciples of Leaves can also be used for other purposes, including saving a city with very little culture (or at least buying it a few turns), acting as a healer for a stack of units, or even as a weak military unit. Also unlike the Missionary, it can be upgraded.
No Pedia entry yet.
The Disciple of Leaves starts with the Medic I and Woodsman I promotions, and can be sacrificed to add either 20 culture to a city or to convert it to the Fellowship of Leaves. They can be upgraded to either a Priest of Leaves or a Ranger.
